Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
Tessera provides query-ready market datasets derived from public Hyperliquid DEX data, served over a REST API as presigned Parquet downloads ("the Service"). The Service is operated by Adam Pointer (a sole trader, United Kingdom). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep your keys secret; you can revoke and rotate them at any time from your account. Do not share keys or resell access without prior written agreement.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the free tier. Fees are non-refundable — we do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent access controls of the Service, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that threatens the integrity or availability of the Service.
5. Data accuracy and "as is"
The datasets are derived from third-party on-chain data and are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Coverage gaps can occur where upstream data is missing. Nothing in the Service is financial advice; you are solely responsible for decisions made using the data.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tessera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
