What we collect
When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication identifier via our identity provider (Amazon Cognito, optionally through Google sign-in). We store your API keys as one-way hashes (never the raw key), basic key metadata, and your subscription tier. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, provide and meter access to the Service, process subscriptions, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service: Amazon Web Services and Amazon Cognito (hosting and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Tigris (object storage for the datasets). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies and local storage
The web app stores your session tokens in your browser's sessionStorage so you stay signed in within a tab; these are cleared when the tab closes. We don't use third-party
advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep account and key records (including revoked keys) for as long as your account exists, to maintain an audit trail. There is no automatic deletion — a lapsed paid account simply reverts to the free tier rather than being removed. If you'd like your account and associated personal data deleted, email us and we'll action it within five working days.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@tesseralytics.dev. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
