# Hyperliquid API reference

List the catalog, read a dataset's columns, and download any partition as Parquet — the agentless path to the same data the MCP intelligence layer serves. Authenticate `/v1` requests with your API key as a bearer token.

Two auth paths

`/v1` takes a raw API key; `/account` takes a signed-in session. The public `/v1/catalog` endpoints need neither.

Generate a client

Feed the spec to `openapi-generator` or `openapi-typescript` — or use the official [SDKs](https://tesseralytics.dev/sdks).

```
curl https://tesseralytics.dev/v1/datasets/gold_ohlcv_1m/BTC/2026-05/download \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $TESSERA_API_KEY" \
  -o btc_2026-05.parquet
```

A closed month is one file; the current month is one file per day so far. Every download is a presigned URL behind that endpoint — there is no per-GB fee, so pull the history as often as you need.

## Endpoints

Live operations, generated from the service itself. Try them with your key, or read them to generate a client.
